About ImageSure

We help website owners know which images they can stand behind.

ImageSure turns a scattered website image library into a practical inventory: what is live, where it came from, which evidence is missing and what can be replaced.

Why we exist

Most image problems begin long before the letter arrives.

A website may have passed through several designers, agencies, themes, content teams and owners. Images get copied from old sites, imported with templates or supplied by a contractor. Years later, the invoice is missing and nobody remembers the source.

Meanwhile, image-rights businesses use automated matching to locate potential unlicensed use at scale. The first time many owners inspect their image records is after a firm such as Copytrack or PicRights has already contacted them.

ImageSure was created to move that inspection earlier—and make it simple enough for an ordinary website owner to act on.

What we do

Three useful services. No inflated promises.

Website image scans

We crawl authorised public pages and inventory image URLs, page locations, host relationships and common stock or hotlink indicators.

Evidence-led PDF reports

The full report groups findings, prioritises the items that deserve review and lists the invoice, licence, contract or permission evidence to look for.

Replacement web imagery

When provenance cannot be established, we create low-cost, AI-assisted, human-reviewed images to one business brief with documented delivery.

How we work

Calm facts over pressure.

  • We distinguish an automated risk signal from proof of infringement.
  • We do not tell users to ignore claims, admit liability or pay without checking.
  • We explain the limits of scans, reports and AI-assisted imagery in plain language.
  • We design for data minimisation and scan only public pages the user is authorised to submit.
  • We recommend qualified legal advice whenever a specific legal claim needs a response.

Your images. Your proof.

The initial scan is free. It creates a useful first inventory without requiring an account.
